11yWe understand that you are a current employee who doesn’t like your work environment and that’s definitely something we don’t want, especially as you say that you enjoy working with the participants (which we definitely do want). As with all organizations, we do have a chain of command here at FSC and it starts with the Team Leader. We don’t intend this to stifle interaction, but it is only fair that you start with the first-line supervisor first. However, if you aren’t getting results, you should certainly feel empowered to speak with a Program Coordinator or our Human Resources department. We want every employee to feel valued because our people are our service. We especially want our Impact Code to be the core of everything we do and how we interact with each other. We are reviewing and improving our training offerings to help our leadership at all levels because, as the Impact Code says, we need to be constant students and we’re learning as the organization does. We offer the $1,000 referral bonus to our staff because we value them and believe that they can get us the people who will flourish at FSC and help us carry out our service mission.
