10yThank you for taking the time to write a review. We know that things didn’t work out for you, but please know that your work was appreciated. We’re sorry for any training issues and we have taken steps to offer a more robust onboarding process for every new Wisconsin Works staff member. This includes the online training you mentioned, as well as workshops and Forward Service Corporation training to cover essential skills to work with customers. We have also introduced a formal mentorship program to pair up new staff with more experienced peers. We understand your frustration with FMLA and PTO. However, we are bound by rules, like any employer, that we must follow. Best wishes for your new career direction.
