      Pros

      Even though FSC now has more than 300 employees, I liked that the CEO & COO knew me by my first name. I worked as a Team Lead for 2.5 years and it was a good experience. While others have left bad comments about FSC, please know it is a good company that administers several different programs; I worked with the W-2 program. The pay and benefits were on par for what should be expected in central Wisconsin.

      Cons

      I don't have any complaints about FSC, however, their "big-brother" agency, Department of Children & Families (DCF), needs to better learn what a partnership is. DCF continues to make administering the W-2 program more difficult for vendors such as FSC and then wonders why it is getting fined millions of $$ by the Federal government each year for not obtaining performance goals.

      Really good people with equally good intentions to help those who are in a vulnerable place.

      Cons

      There was a big pressure to get people to be enrolled into the program with no financial bonus incentive.
