Pros

Forwessun has a friendly atmosphere and a generally positive vibe. The standard work week is 37.5 hours, with some flexibility if necessary. If you're willing to put in extra hours, there's plenty of overtime available. The kitchen is stocked with free fruit, tea, and coffee. The company is slowly moving in a positive direction.

Cons

Unfortunately, Forwessun suffers from ineffective and outdated management practices, which impact workflow and communication. Most teams require almost permanent overtime, which it's paid x1 during the week and x1.5 on weekends. There are no bonuses, and efforts and results are rarely acknowledged or rewarded. Getting your "time in lieu" back may be difficult due to company policy. In addition, much of the machinery is outdated and in need of replacement and/or professional refurbishment, as it is painful to use. If you're an above-average employee, the compensation may not match the effort and results you produce. Overall, Forwessun has its pros and cons. While the people are generally nice and the atmosphere is pleasant, the lackluster compensation and poor management practices may make it difficult to stay for the long term.
