I have been working with this company since 2018, and it has truly been an incredible journey. Over the years, I have learned a lot both professionally and personally. The management team is extremely supportive, approachable, and always encourages employees to grow and perform at their best.
One of the things I appreciate the most is the work culture. It is very positive, respectful, and motivating. The company offers the flexibility of remote work, which creates an excellent work-life balance. Even while working remotely, the team stays well connected, and the company regularly organizes trips and team activities that bring all employees together and strengthen relationships.
