      Promoting from within house and teaching new skills to employees that might not otherwise considered a new path...competitive wages with good advertising to bring in new customers..all employees felt like it was a big family

      Cons

      Lack of communication with changes involving upper management that effected all staffing levels along with changes to the original goal of solidarity from first opening
