Cons
Pay seems to be below industry rates but you don't have to search out clientele. No gas compensation included on job pay so some jobs may not even be worth doing at all. Editor that I worked with was very unprofessional in the initial feedback on my first job. Negative criticism is never a good way to build a relationship and ruined my impression of the company. Company does not process images before sending to clients meaning that if you don't get it to their standards on first try it will be rejected. This wouldn't be an issue if they were more clear on their expectations upfront.
