Limited creativity and work under pressure

Very low salary but since they give you accomodation and food you can save a good amount of money every month

This italian company is italian in the worst possible sense! They are only worrying about making money without any respect and support for their own employees. No care for the actual quality of the photos they sell. People are constantly quitting because the conditions are poor, the company refuses to give basic labour rights, such as sick leaves! They give you an accomodation but you'll need to share the room with strangers, plus they refuse to give you the renting contract that you signed, so you are unable to get an official address that is necessary to get other important documents you're entitled to (green NIE). So you won't have the advantages of a resident (i.e. a family doctor, discounts, financed courses, subsidies, bonuses etc.). You get a fixed salary that is ridiculous and you don't get any commission for the photos you sell (your precious photos shot through the day with great effort and dedication). They throw at you a little change if you reach a monthly target. But really, just coins. Also, just a few people in the management are nice, all the rest are false and/or very abusive. They think they are smarter than you and are patronizing the whole time, constantly trying to manipulate reality, hiding their mistakes or make you believe there is no chance other than acting the way they want you to, just because it is in their own interest. They squeeze all the energy out of you putting continuous pressure for no reason, even if you are making good money. They are gaslighting experts! Toxic work environment most of the times, unless there is no manager around. Unfortunately for them the average of their employees are actually really talented and clever. In fact they mostly leave as soon as they understand what a nightmare they found themselves in. I could go on forever, I will stop here.
