- A few bad apples (co-workers) are spoiling the bunch. Either they are willfully ignorant of what they are doing, or they enjoy being hard to work with. Management continues to support these people, despite multiple complaints from multiple people, and even promotes the bad apples. - Pay is low for the work you're doing. - Work is repetitive.
