Pros
Supporting the philanthropy sector is a rewarding experience. The customer base is generally overly grateful, which makes you feel proud of your work. Most team members work there because they believe in the greater good of philanthropy.
Cons
Foundant used to be the place to work if you wanted to work/life balance to be more than just a buzzword. Organizational growth and changes in leadership changed the culture. Foundant stopped sharing company insights and it no longer felt like leadership was being honest or accountable.
