Work environment - Boom Operator Foundation Building Materials Employee Review

The guys here ranging from highest level of management all the way to forklift operators. Are the best group in f men and women to have ever had he pleasure to work with. Work can be strenuous sometimes but in grand view of it all we all are treated like family here. We are expected to do our jobs proficiently but once our work is done we are given plenty of freedom to hang around on light duty and get all the hours we want with no one breathing down our necks. We are treated like brothers and family no t a number. It’s a great place to be part of the FBM team
