Teamwork and culture are unmatched. I look forward to coming into the office every day and seeing my team and our lovely clients. It feels like my home away from home and, I can trust that I will be supported each day. This company understands the changing landscape of real estate and the needs of agents, buyers and sellers and adjusts accordingly. It feels like an escrow company that's actually in the 21st century. I truly feel like I'm not just another number in the company, I feel valued and recognized for who I am as a person and what I bring to the company. Never in all my years have I had the actual CEO of the company take the time to actually acknowledge everyone from top to bottom. Not just that, everyone on the management team follows Masud's example of care, thoughtfulness and welcoming energy.
