Frustrating management who cares more about his Tesla's than providing good leadership I was given a good annual review by my direct line manager, only to have the M.D. immediately afterwards say that he felt we "had a problem." When I asked him what the problem was he couldn't answer. I asked him to give examples of the problem, but he couldn't. He completely failed to detail what the "problem" was, but then asked me how I was going to fix it. I told him that I can't fix a problem he can't clarify. This because a ridiculous circular discussion ehich he eventually dropped but asked me to come up with a few fixes over the next few days. (TO WHAT??) My Manager told me to ignore the M.D.
