Pros

The only pro is that it's remote work

Cons

My experience at this company was overwhelmingly negative. The managers and trainers created a toxic environment, often discussing why former employees were no longer with the company in front of current staff, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I also felt singled out and bullied over camera usage, as the expectations around cameras were excessively strict. By the end of my first day on the production floor, I already knew the job wasn’t a good fit. Once I began taking calls, it became even more clear how inadequate the training was. I felt completely unprepared and unequipped to handle the work due to how rushed and incomplete the training process was. Overall, the environment and lack of proper support made it a very difficult place to work.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
