Pros
Working from home and the ability to speak with Coach when needed.
Cons
Lack of Communication from management, aside from coaches, is a major problem. When promises are made, they need to be kept and when you are up for promotion and are one of the absolute best by all QA, CSAT, and AHT, etc you should be recognized, not held back. The pay is way, way too low at $9.00 per hour to deal with the stresses of a call center job.
