      Very Unorganized company Dont really care about the Agent There Attendants Point system is Horrible Management dont know what there doing and have lack of knowledge especially qualification it very Ghetto , its like high school and kid fighting and gossiping about each other

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
