Pros

They give you a card with extra money for lunch and you have a doctor visiting the site at least twice a month.

Cons

Everything, they tricked me with the contract saying I was going to earn 200€ more than what I expected on my first salary. This was because they changed the amount of the salary but only told me once I moved to the country and because they gave me a tax table that wasn't real. They don't tell you neither that the productivity will only be paid after the 6th month of work. Which it means, you will have a net salary of 630€ the 6 first months. Besides that, they never give you the monthly schedule with more than 1 day in advance, which is impossible to buy any flight to go back home. Also, they never approve you holidays, so, in 2 years I had to threat with leaving the company in order to have my holidays approved. Also, forget about improving, you will work on the phone forever. They only improve to native Portuguese, not even Brazilians or people from other ex-colonies. When I gave my pre-notice, 25 days in advance, they didn't pay me the ENTIRE MONTH as they say it had should gave a 30 day of pre-notice. This has been, by far, the worst experience in a company in my entire life. You have to fight for your rights every single day. Is horrible. We knew about a TL that was sex assaulting colleagues at work and it was reported to them and nothing happened. They sent him 5 days home with full pay. Also, we have other TL stealing and it was reported to the Operation manager and they didn't do anything neither. Only when he was reported to the Real company we were working for, they fired him. COMPLETELY A SHAMING!!!!

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
