Pros

Fellow employees and the food truck outside.

Cons

Management was incompetent. Turn over is so high that they place people that can last into management positions yet have no idea what they are doing. They are very disrespectful and unconcerned with staff. Even told a fellow employee to get on a "welfare after school" programs if she needed to have her children looked after. Instead of giving her the schedule she needed. They know many in the Las Cruces area must keep their jobs and they treat them as such. Demeaning and unprofessional.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
