      Lots of opportunities for movement once you have a job within the company. Decent pay compared to other similar roles elsewhere.

      Cons

      Employees often shifted from department to department with little or no warning. Shifts can change a lot too on short notice.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
