Pros

Anyone can do this job

Cons

I had perfect stats and attendance, never went against my manager and did everything they told me to do. People who were no where close to my level were sent onto the next campaign when the first one which was temp ended. I waited 3 months to get into another campaign which then ended 2 weeks later under the guidance from HR telling me it would be a direct transfer to the next campaign. I was pulled into a chat and told I was terminated from the company. A few hours later I got a call from my manager stating that I would be brought back and sent to the next campaign. Well 4 months went by and just got a call about coming back to work. When I inquired about my benefits I was told that because I had not worked for them over 90 days that my record had been deleted and will have to start as a new hire. I am not just saying I am a good worker to make you feel sympathy for me. Avoid this W@H employer at all costs as they are liars and will use you to meet a quota and thats all you will ever be to them. The managers are idiots and have no idea how to do your job. The pay is garbage for what they want you to do. The computer they send you is basically a 50 dollar motherboard with an ethernet port and the way they have their system set up for the most part you will pull your hair out trying to get in to clock in, then they give you grief for being late. HR for W@H is pretty much non existent and you will be told that the HR number you were given was for the main company and you will then be transferred to a monkey in another country who could care less about your problem. If you want to work here make sure to kiss up to everyone in a higher position because just doing your job well doesn't mean anything to Sitel.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
