Pros

Truly none. I would give this place -5 stars if I could.

Cons

Pay, healthcare, ignorant management *and* coworkers, this company is ran by idiots that could really benefit from a basic education. I would be *embarrassed* to say I worked here, you get more professionalism from McDonald's. My boss acted like he was on drugs always running around like a maniac and speaking weird, always trying to flirt with all of the young women on his team, and even worse he was married to someone who worked there. The trainer used to make fun of other employees to different classes, it's truly, a terrible place. Employees were so disrespectful towards each other and petty.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
