Pros
International and relaxed environment Not-so-bad - salary Possibility to swap your days off with other people and therefore to have 4 days off in a row Possibility to get your vacations before the 6 months period
Cons
It's like a state company. Once you get in there you will never be kicked out ( only if you make a public offence to their clients' image). So imagine how this will affect newbies and their possibilities to grow. I asked to have the possibility to be considered for a position in a different department: I was answered that it would have been too expensive for them to close my actual contract and open a new one. I think this is the only international company where the management acts in a very dumb way. You can be a monkey, a physician, having worked before for NASA: to them, it doesn't make any difference at all. Once you are in, you are a monkey or a number as anyone else. They publish themselves as a very open-minded international company but considering that the top management is crowded with PORTUGUESE people, deduct on yourself how really international is the company. A team lead( of a bunch of 15 stupid agents) got in that position only after TEN YEARS! make again your deduction about the meritocracy applied in the place. The poor guys think they really are working for NASA, this is why when you ask to be moved HORIZONTALLY( so no asking for more money) in another department, the answer that you'll be given is: " they use excel a lot". As, again, using excel means working for NASA
