Pros

The attitude of the people that work there is very positive, excellent HR department. Very nice communal areas as well for your breaks.

Cons

Management is a bit lacking, not too helpful sometimes, could lead to the advisor having to find alternative solutions himself.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave your comment. Weˈre happy to hear that you find our HR department excellent and enjoy some of the provided conditions (nice communal areas for instance). However, we definitely also appreciate your negative feedback and we should face the relevant department in order to further improve. Best regards, Sitel Team

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
