Cons
Mandatory overtime even when you have another job. Constantly changing bonus plan, starting from high, now no bonuses. Freeze pay rate, no performance raises after 2 years. People have been at same rate of pay if they work 5 years. Worried too much about handle time and after call work than doing what is right for customer.
