Pros

Maxicare Benefit - covered me and my family

Cons

1. Sitel has lost its people-first culture 2. Its an organization where they set people up for failure if you are not part of Craig’s circle 3. Does not know how to keep loyal employees, and would rather get from the outside despite of having a skilled and talented people 4. We keep on getting people from the outside because of management having connections who does not know how to deal with people 5. Your workforce is underpaid and overworked - we stopped the yearly increase and it became a performance review which is very useless 6. If the upper management wants someone out, they focus on personal grudges with the employees vs looking into what these people can do for the organization 7. People tend to manipulate reviews as such just to show external stakeholders that the company weve known to love is still the same upto now - which is not good 8. Instead of teaching your employees to be successful, the upper management would leave us be and if we commit mistakes you get a very hard discussion which we dont deserve 9. Learning has stopped for all employees 10. Retirement was part of a benefit which upto now, we still have issues with it - we have a handful of people who has not received this

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
