Pros

If you work for a Dell process in Sitel, then you can work anywhere in the world. I've grown in my career only because of Sitel and learnt so many things while working there. Very good growth, learning opportunity, can learn and understand the BPO industry

Cons

The current management is really bad. The managers are the only ones who have personal/family commitments. The support staffs are treated very bad. We are made to work for a minimum for 11 hours on a daily basis. Salary structure is bad.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
