Pros

Absolutely none, I legit cannot think of any because of how terrible and toxic the environment was.

Cons

Everything from the way they lie and scheme to get you on board, to then the extensive training that is terribly organized. And then my favorite part, putting you on the floor to finally work, claiming you'll have help, but never providing it AT ALL. No matter how many times you ask! Also if you LOVE dealing with racists bigots, sign up for the USAA team so you can have old white men harass you daily!

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
