Pros

I have yet to find any pros about this job

Cons

The pay is never correct, you always get cheated out of hours and have to contact them to correct it. Their trainings are a complete joke, instead of getting the training you need to do your job the trainer allows people in the group to sit there for hours talking about their personal lives and act stupid instead of learning anything. That’s why when you are on your own and trying to do this job you are lost because you’ve learned more about the game kahoot and peoples private lives and know nothing about the job itself! The trainer says nothing she rarely even stays in the group long enough to know what’s going on! Make this job your last choice unless you’re desperate and if you need money don’t go here!

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
