Pros

Lots of opportunity for someone who can demonstrate initiative and who can do their job well.

Cons

Not everyone is competent. Office had sort of a ghetto-like quality - no dress code and sometimes they seemed to hire anyone off the street.

Work at home is the only pro

Cons

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
