Pros
They provide and pay for equipment The tools given to help agents on the phone are nice
Cons
Any PTO or sick time off is a joke, the only time off they accept is PTO or you suffer an absence on your record - they give you seven days before putting you on an action plan Growth opportunities are little to none, been waiting to move to their sales department for over 8 months now, the sales department have reached out to ask agents for temporary help during peak sale times however they don’t compensate those temporary moves accordingly Pay is peanuts and crumbs Saturdays are usually required Only way to get two days off in a row is to work four ten hour shifts Management is a hit or miss, they’ll sometimes help you and other times they won’t bat an eye When reaching out to other agents for questions or help they’re sour and won’t provide any response or help
