Pros

Work from home ability is pretty much the only pro.

Cons

This company refuses to pay their employees fairly. They do not prioritize loyalty so tentured employees are even more unfairly paid. New employees make more money starting that employees who have worked there for more than five years. They will promise upward growth but expect you to do the job for free first. They call it "growth point" but it's just a scam for them to get free work

Work hours depends on clients needs. So hours may vary.

Work at home is the only pro

Cons

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
