Pros

Got to assist people in their time of need. Pay was pretty good at 15.00 for my program. my team lead was really nice. the support team was really helpful when needed. paid training and ok benefits.

Cons

Call volume was down so a large portion of the program was laid off. we were told one thing ( we could join another program) but when reaching out for information with various people no one ever responded leaving me suddenly jobless. The HR call line was never really helpful whenever i needed assistance with something.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
