Pros

The money is not so bad, compared to other places. However, the environment was really bad. Back-to-back all the time, nepotism, favoritism, etc. Plus, in Mexico one guy said to his friends: "Wow, I am really surprised I could understand them". They do not care about their people nor the environment they create. I feel bad for all of the people having to work there for a living.

Cons

If you are going to work there, the only good thing is the money, and if you make friends, you could get somewhere better, but it is not good at all.

Work at home is the only pro

Cons

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
