I have had difficulty receiving my correct pay and bonuses since moving to the SimpliSafe Program which is currently one of the programs contracted for support thru Sitel Group . I have sent several internal and external communications, requested assistance from the SimpliSafe Program Account Manager, requested assistance from my Team Leader, and requested assistance from People Services (HR). My requests have been ignored repeatedly. I have been requesting assistance to resolve my pay issues for several months. I have had to file a claim with the Industrial Commission of Arizona, a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Department of Labor, and a complaint with the Sitel Group Ethics Hotline. I am still waiting for resolution from my claims. However, I am certain that my pay and bonuses issues would not have ever have been addressed by SimpliSafe or Sitel Group without having filed claims and complaints with the organizations above.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
