Pros

Work from home, Nice environment, Nice Managers

Cons

No Enhanced sick pay, can only see your rota for next 3 weeks, extremely old outdated systems to use , I think I must now have to load about 14 -16, more stuff to do but no more time, different programs and learn to use all, not all can be copied between. Systems for ever having issues crashing etc, manually have to enter some complicated orders and now having to correct ""mistakes"" buy other staff who don't seem trained well or constantly shirking their responsibilities. Company not bothered about your stress levels all about them first, (No sick pay) can't report bad staff any more option removed recently and not reimplemented

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
