Pros

Insurance really fast $13+ depending on the campaign and area you are in Ability to move up in the company

Cons

No work-life balance for management Will just up and term you even if you didn't break any company policy doesn't matter if you are a coach or not, no communication around xyz will lead to corrective action or termination they will just process it then pull and tell you like they did me and then can't even explain what I was really termed for OM's can't take feedback or criticism OM makes you do their work and gets upset when its not done (keep in mind this is more than the normal stuff they ask for) Don't follow company policy but love asking what is the policy remote also known as W@H gets nothing while they push how nice it is to work for the company brick and mortar sites. I've been W@H for almost 7 years and they haven't once done anything for us at all so you do way for work for the same pay Very unethical the way they do things even if you think is good its not I learned that the hard way

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
