      Pros

      If you want your first experience working abroad in sunny Spain for instance it can be a good choice. Only once you grow older do not do it. Really low pay and no benefits. The team is great and manager for my project. Only the company itself is horrible. Everything is in Spanish why do you hire international people. Don't understand. Guess not a high education level allover.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
