Pros

The only pros the that is a full-time job and that the colleagues are nice.

Cons

Were can I start with this: -On the Foundever (MathWorks) company we do install + Customer services, Two jobs for pennies more than the min wage. You also are required an extra language on top of English for 22600 per year. -Customer service jobs elsewhere start at 23K min. A tech job that requires what we do will start at 27K min. -Instead of the typical 37.5 hours per week you do the full 40 hours so you are actually 8.5 per day at work instead of the usual 8 hours of any other job. -The team is extremely small to the point that when someone is on holiday or sick you might be 3 people working for the workload of everyone. -No way to progress in the company. -No perks as other companies have. -No education perks. -No gym perks. -No Christmas or holiday perks as they used to give when it was Sykes. -You work from home, and you have no help with the electricity, broadband, chair, or anything. -No mental health assistance, the assistance now is people with no qualifications (trained by the company) to hear you out, and free resources that are already free for everyone in the UK. -If you get sick, like long term (30 days or more in a year) you get half paid. If it's longer than that after a few months you get 0 paid. So on top of being sick, they will add the money issue. -This company does not see humans see numbers and does not care about you or your struggles. There is a real living wage, and even doing two jobs and an extra language they don't even reach that. So for the new year 2024/2025 the real living wage is 12 pounds per hour. You get less than that. -Any other company is now trying to give a real living wage at least, so please, for your health, avoid this company at all costs until they do better.

Pros

Work at home is the only pro

Cons

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
