      - Stable company - International reach - Good staff

      Cons

      - Suffers from it's size - Some areas have legacy solutions - The company is enforcing the changes without much planning - IT support takes forever to solve issues - No roadmaps - There is a clear preference for some workers in detriment of more competent ones from some of it's head staff.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
