Pros

Remote Work Option: The ability to work from home provides flexibility and convenience for employees.

Cons

• Unprofessional Environment: The overall professionalism at Foundever is severely lacking. Communication is poor, and it’s incredibly difficult to get a hold of people when you need assistance. • Disorganization: The company is highly unorganized. Processes are unclear, and there is a constant lack of direction from management. • Lack of Support: There is very little support for employees. When issues arise, it often feels like you’re left to fend for yourself. • Ineffective Leadership: Management seems disconnected from the reality of day-to-day operations, leading to a frustrating work experience. Overall: My experience with Foundever has been extremely disappointing. The unprofessional and disorganized nature of the company makes it a challenging and stressful place to work. I would not recommend Foundever to anyone seeking a stable and supportive work environment.

This is why we implemented our MAX(My Associate Experience) Program. MAX allows our associate voices to be heard and share their ideas on how we can improve our benefits, tools and training for both associates and managers. We appreciate your honesty and will share your experience with the appropriate teams.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
