      Benefits are top notch, good retirement match, intl culture with many holidays and company paid training at ALL levels

      Cons

      US doesn't have as many holidays is Europe! Funny but they are off so much, our workload drops when they are off bc when they are out, they are off the clock which makes a great culture!

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
