Leadership is extremely attentive and quick to recognize effort and growth, both publicly and privately. It feels good to know the work you put in is actually seen and appreciated. There’s also a real sense of community. We do things like Halloween costume competitions, Secret Santa, happy hours, birthday celebrations, and team-building gatherings that make the office feel warm and personal. Our HR team is supportive, empathetic, and refreshingly not political — they really care about people as individuals, not numbers. Overall, the environment is collaborative, thoughtful, and full of kind, talented people who care deeply about the brand and each other.

The pace is fast, and the standard for quality is extremely high, which can impact work–life balance at times. It’s also a very in-office culture, which is great for collaboration but may not suit everyone who prefers more flexibility.

Great office culture at headquarters with monthly events, official and unofficial happy hour get-togethers, book clubs, and other activities. Coworkers are good at what they do and easy to get along with. Everyone is collaborative and kind, even if you're new.

Company has expanded rapidly and is constantly playing catch-up trying to implement standards and procedures that should have been started long ago. There is always a lot of work to do. The office is full as the company keeps hiring into new positions. It pathways can get crowded at times and there is limited remaining desk space.
