Pros

The "benefits" are things like free snacks and a pingpong table. Not worth it if you're looking for a serious career.

Cons

All of the reviews about Foundry as a business are spot on, but if that doesn't scare you away enough I'd like to give you some information about the CEO. - After 2 rounds of layoffs the people that are left are his friends, the people he plays golf and pickle ball with, the "guys". - Foundry says they offer a hybrid/remote work schedule but the CEO says if you are a remote employee you are "out of sight, out of mind" - He wanted to poach some employees from another company, so he acquired that company, and then laid off the majority of the other employees. - There are no DEI initiatives at this company. Its the opposite. You will hear no mention of Pride month or Black History Month. The only trans employee was let go. When women tried to come together and create a group it was dismantled immediately. When asked to be featured in a company culture video the CEO said "I'm not your guy, it wouldn't be genuine" - Started an initiative to hire, educate, and support inner city kids, then fired them all. - Complaints or concerns will be met with a "if you don't like it leave" or "keep your head down and focus on the work" - Irresponsible spending (as others have mentioned the bills suite, the limos, etc) and egos will be the downfall of this company. Even if it succeeds, if you're someone with a conscious or a soul you will be miserable.

Pros

90% health insurance, and 5% 401k is really it.

Cons

No work life balance. Pay on way lower end of scale for the amount of work. Frequent lay offs. Top management being disconnected from rest of the company. No big picture view. An HR team that are friends outside of work causing conflicts of interest, gross tactics to gain info to use later. Juming to conclusions, tell confidental info to one another in a non-appropriate manner, and those who don't need to know that info. Age discrimination, and just not equipped to handle anything but a super structured office setting.
