In a time when kids are struggling so much with mental health, education challenges, and not feeling like the world was made for them, it is immensely wonderful there is an organization and the funder who is willing to help. Overall four stars out of five, base largely on the mission, the ability to do that work, and the great majority of the people who are great.

Poor org structure 2* Favoritism 1* Arbitrary power and promotions 2* Power and info hoarding 1* Weak and dishonest Sr. leaders with no accountability 1* Biggest flaw: Leaders always blame challenges and shortcomings in org on employees, rather than accepting responsibility for their lack of experience, closed off discussions, and poor decisions. Consequences are either blamed on employees, or explained away as "that's just how foundry10 works" even though so much of it is preventable.
