Company is great at making you feel welcome, CEO and upper level management are very approachable. HR is very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or comments. A lot of fun company events that help the teams get to know one another.
Cons
Can sometimes be hard to show how much work someone gets done without set goals and expectations.
