Pros

Associates are friendly and usually very helpful with one another. Most of the leads are easily approachable when needing help.

Cons

Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. The management clearly has NO CLUE what’s going on out in the warehouse yet are quick to point fingers when something goes wrong. Half the management is arrogant and power hungry while the other half will actually help get things done if push came to shove. No leaway when it comes to being late...if you’re ONE MINUTE late it still counts against you. A lot of companies give 5 minutes simply due to clocks not being universal and in sync. There is no feedback given to employees until their review then they wanna point out all these things wrong and terminate the associate. Like why not tell the associate along the way how they need to improve. Can’t fix what we don’t know is wrong. Not clear on or do not let expectations known on the loading dock. Racism, sexism, and favoritism is evident.

Pros

The Ephrata facility is well equipped with conveniences like cafe and had opportunities for growth.

Cons

The company struggled with transparency regarding hiring commitments and long-term talent strategy. At the time of my hire, I was promised H-1B visa sponsorship; however, when the registration period arrived, the company declined to proceed, citing performance concerns and deferring sponsorship to the following year. The underlying situation was that I was hired as the sole Industrial Engineer following the departure of a predecessor who had exhausted their H-1B eligibility. Crucially, the company hired this former employee back almost immediately after I joined. At that time, he was still in India and was brought back before the company could have realistically evaluated my performance or expertise. It became clear that the decision to prioritize him for sponsorship as a "seasoned" asset had been made before I even had the opportunity to prove my value. Following this shift in strategy, I was sidelined from critical projects and reassigned to tasks that did not require my engineering expertise, leading to a role that was no longer aligned with the company’s original requirements or my professional skill set.
