      Decent company, provided long term contract and decent opportunity.

      Cons

      Pay rate is below the market rate for state jobs. Many new responsibilites with short deadlines added for consultants after joining, however there is no annual review process and no pay increase after a year.

      Fourans is a staffing agency, I temped for them. I found them to be very responsive, pleasant, supportive with anything I needed.

      Easy to transition into roles, nice team to work with

      Cons

      Contract work pays less and length is sometimes undetermined (more of an issue with employer than Fourans who is the contractor)
