Pros

-> Ability to define the future of retail from a number of different angles: customer experience, brand mix, technology. -> Come in at an early stage where you have access and exposure to a serial entrepreneur founder + highly qualified and committed leaders heading each dept. -> Ability to take true ownership of the business and have a seat at the table. -> Work alongside genuinely kind people across the organization. Team is passionate and compassionate. -> Fourpost blends brick & mortar retail with tech. It's incredibly gratifying to see your work and contributions play out IRL at the store level, as well as online. -> Opportunity to work with digitally native brands to help 'crack' brick & mortar.

Cons

-> A start up with shifting priorities. Must have the ability to thrive in an environment that favors nimble team players excited to test and lean into what's working.

Pros

We're currently small in size; therefore, every member of the team has big impact on the future of the company. We have weekly meetings with the whole HQ office to catch up on status of projects, share learnings, big wins, and whatever the group wants to discuss. HQ collaborates with our regional teams daily to ensure we have communicates and a seamless experience from Edmonton, AB to New York City. We learn a lot from our teams on the ground.

Cons

If you are looking for a corporate environment with a lot of structure, this is not the place for you.
