Pros
Coming from a background with no recruitment experience, I was nervous about not having the knowledge to represent Fourthline in the best light, but the e-learning training and on-boarding programme went through every aspect of the role in such detail, and provided me with a solid understanding of my market. The feel of the office is always welcoming, with the senior management team constantly providing training to the consultants, the atmosphere is always buzzing. There are always rewards and incentives running, including Monthly breakfast, Friday beers, Quarterly incentives per team and a particular office favourite, weekly "MVP". This is where we everyone in the office votes who their Most Valuable Player is, based on our core company competencies... and the winner gets a bottle of Prosecco!
Cons
As with any role in recruitment, some days can involve long hours. However, it's always worth it when you find your candidate their next role and earn yourself some commission!
