poor work environment, salaries are not paid on time pf is not summited in account on time lot of pressure is created even for small work

- Multiple projects you can work with different companies with this company payroll. - Chance to have different domain work in short span.

- Switching to a different client is somewhat hectic because you are part of a module. It's not a Project somewhat. So you cannot complete developing a project from end to end. - You need to follow sometimes client company policy & joined company policy so it will be a headache for the employee.
